Monique graduated from Meredith College in 2015 and from Campbell University School of Law in 2018. During law school, she completed internships at NC Prisoner Legal Services, the Federal Public Defender's Office, and the Wake County District Attorney's Office. After graduating, she clerked for a federal magistrate judge in Wilmington, NC. She then practiced criminal defense and family law for a local firm before launching her own practice.

Monique is passionate about indigent defense and believes everyone deserves a zealous advocate. She lives in Wilmington with her husband, dog, and cat.
